Yuzvendra Chahal Feels He Is Not Ready For Debut In Test Cricket

Leg spinner Yuzvendra Chahal of the Indian cricket team believes that he is not ready to make his debut in Test cricket.

He further said that he wants to enhance his bowling with the red ball in domestic cricket.

In the interview, Chahal also spoke on the Indian Premier League. If the IPL takes place amidst the corona epidemic, what will be the biggest challenge for you? In response to this question, he said, “If IPL is done this year, the biggest challenge will be to play in the empty stadium without the audience.” Without IPL, viewers cannot enjoy it. In IPL matches, the stadium is fully filled and if it is played in an empty stadium then its fun will fade.

Talking about Kuldeep Yadav, Chahal said, “Kuldeep and I have grown up playing together. Our pair is fantastic on the field. We both started playing together for the Indian team and learned everything together. There is a great synergy between us on the field. That is why I enjoy bowling with him.

I am not ready for Test cricket right now- Chahal

Like Kuldeep, Chahal said about making his debut in Test cricket, “Test cricket is the most challenging format. It is a real test of the players. I want to play Test cricket for India, but right now I want to prove myself with the red ball in domestic cricket, only then I can think about playing Test cricket for India. Frankly, I am not ready for this yet.
